I don't like big picture productivity things so I keep drilling down how is that going to show its face on my calendar

How is that going to take from my time because your calendar doesn't lie? I'm not going to sit there and time block every single hour of my week

and say I do this here and I do this here because that's just unrealistic with how we work and how we live.
