Let's jump in. Okay, y'all. Like you said, it's titled refreshment for your soul and

we're reading out of Jeremiah 17, eight. And it says they are like trees that planted

along a riverbank with roots that reach deep into the water. Such trees should not be

bothered by the heat or worried by long months of drought. Their leaves stay green and they

never stop producing fruit. The love letter from God said, I am the one who refreshes

your soul. I see that your soul thirst for me. I invite you to spend time with me. I

will give your spirit a time of rest and refreshment. There is no one who can refresh your
