Of course I did because I am just always, I've always been a better writer than I

have been a yapper. So if you would just, um, press statement. Yeah. Exactly. So I was diagnosed with

tongue cancer in October of 2023, which led me down a very difficult and painful battle that included surgery to my tongue,

resecting one fourth of it and reconstructing it with tissue from my arm, surgery on my neck,

radiation to my mouth and neck and chemo. Something I very briefly mentioned before is that when I

had my first scan after all that treatment,

it did not go well. I had something rare happen, which was an immediate recurrence. And I was

wheeled back into surgery for a second neck dissection to hopefully finally be rid of cancer for good,

which is why now it looks like someone tried to decapitate me but didn't finish the job.

So I have come on air before and I have shared when I received clear scans.

And very, very recently, I had another scan.

This one felt very big because it was a scan that would put me at more than a year of clear scans if it came back good.
