What so I'm the type of person where I don't like to publicly go out alone and I've tried to do better about this

Like I was the type person that would go to the movies by myself. Let's dig into this for a second. Why not?

Um, I don't know. I just have a it's not a fear. It's just a weird feeling of being alone

Been public settings. I find odd and just you feel like I don't know what to do with myself

You feel like you look like you look pathetic. Yeah, you think anybody notices actually that you're alone

Mm-hmm. I used to feel that way

I can't tell you how much I love going to restaurants and eating by myself. I admire it

I think when I was younger I probably did have that opinion like why are they eating alone and now I really

Respected a lot somebody that can eat alone or go to a movie alone and has that kind of confidence to need people around them to entertain them

I I think that's very attractive. That is very uncomfortable for me

I think it's honestly because I don't like being alone with my thoughts. That's what it is

Um, and so I've tried to push myself out of my comfort zones. They can't go do it go go go

And now I can go to a restaurant by myself

However, I'll stick to certain restaurants. I'm not gonna go to any just regular regular restaurant by myself

Regular regular. I go where I know the bartender, you know, so then I have then you're not alone. You're not alone

I'm gonna go alone to the restaurant. I'm just gonna be meeting all my friends there

It's technically alone because they're working, you know, they can't just sit and talk to me the whole time

I can have some conversation
