So I start out with just a little story going back to my high school days.

When I was in my last semester of high school, I wanted to go to India with my spiritual teacher and a few other practitioners. But it meant I had to leave three months before graduation.

And so I made arrangements with all my teachers, you know, and everything was arranged

and everything worked out really well, except for one.

And one teacher, and was my U.S. history teacher. I had agreed to do term paper, and I was really distracted.

So she said, well, come up with a suggestion.

I came up with this, what was the great railroad strike of 1877.

I don't know how I came up with that, but I said, okay, I did this

term paper. It's going to be like kind of a long-term paper. And I said, oh, yeah, I can get it done

in a couple of months, you know. And so everything was, everything was arranged. But every time

I thought about the term paper, it was the definition of

duca. It was just painful. I didn't want to go there. My mind didn't want to go there and I just

kept putting it off. And every day that I put it off, there would be like kind of this pressure,

you know, this feeling of pressure. Okay, okay, I can still put it off, there'd be like kind of this pressure, you know, this feeling of pressure.

Okay, okay, I can still put it off a little longer because I have six weeks left.

I have four weeks left. I have two weeks left. You know, and so I just kept doing that,

which is tremendous amount of Ducca during this whole process of procrastinating this term paper. And

by the time I went to India, I hadn't even picked up my pen. And, you know, and so I felt bad about it.

You know, I never failed a class before. And, you know, but I forgot about it while I was in India.

And when I came back, I just retook the class, no big deal.
