The advice in this podcast is not unsolicited. If you don't want or care about advice, it's best to skip this episode.

Because this is an episode of a podcast about advice. Hey, it's Seth, and this is a Kimbo.

When we back in a second to talk about getting better, but first, here's a message from our sponsor.

Hi, Seth. My name is Grant Brown, and I'm the founder of Happy Eco News. We provide positive

0:37.4

news about the environment five times a day and a top five newsletter for your inbox every Monday

2:08.4

but the internet is different because on the internet we can give advice in lots of ways. Synchronous

2:13.8

and asynchronous that we can shout from the rafters. We can tweet or put up videos or simply
