0:32.4	So we're working really hard, a lot of us, on how to engage with our own children, how
0:37.7	to help them with their behavior, how to teach them right from wrong.
0:43.8	But what happens if we're dealing with other children who are maybe not being saved with
0:50.0	their child, not respecting their boundaries, and then we also have the other children's
0:56.4	parents, what are they doing, how are they handling it, how do we navigate this?
1:01.8	So it's a big topic, but I'm going to use these three notes from very mindful parents
1:08.4	to offer general guidelines and also some specifics to help us in these social situations.
1:19.1	Every cell tissue and organ in our bodies need water to work properly.
1:23.2	So hydration is an important element of self care.
