We had the post game yesterday on Sunday after the game right into the game tape that came out this morning.

And the objective of problems and solutions is not an invitation to talk about how Stephen Ross needs to fire the team.

I'm looking at players on the team and what their performance week in and week out to boil it down to one simple question

for every player on the roster.

Are you a part of the problems in that week's performance, or are you a part of

potential solutions?

And you objectively take at the end of the year how many times every player fell into

the solutions or problems bucket.

And that gives you a pretty good idea of what this long-term scope is you undergo,

attempt to build this roster back up.

Obviously, you're in the midst of a youth movement.
