I know there's just about everybody's ready for some wholesale changes to some degree.

But the objective here is I got an 18-week calendar for a season that we spend all year getting ready for.

I can't just sim to end as much as we might like to right now with what the vibes are like.

So instead, you look at the performance on the field.

You ask yourself, was this player a root of the problem or a root

a potential cause for a solution, both short term and long term?

Because we are going to do this for every game that's played this year. We're going to look at

the players in and out of it, and it's not meant to

replace the conversations that exist, but I can only get up here and talk about procedural stuff

and team culture and whether the players are bought in and the players only meaning, like, I can

only talk about it for so long, right? And at some point, you just say the same thing over and
