And, you know, I like, well, let's give them the topic first, 17 laws of success for, I added for real estate.

This is from Napoleon Hill, who is, of course, known for Think and Grow Rich as, you know, the book that we all refer to. And we certainly

have ways of getting that into their hands. We'll talk about it in a second. But here's the thing

with Napoleon Hill. He's really well known. He's a great success author. Everybody goes to him for

business mentoring. You my love are making a lot of assumptions. Well, that's true. Maybe they don't know who he is. Yes, that's true.

And so, guys, listen, Napoleon Hill, you should read the history of this guy.

But it's very fascinating.

And essentially what he did, long before it was popular or trendy, is he was hired by, was

it Rockefeller?

No, it wasn't Rockefeller. It was one of the other great titans of industry.

To essentially, you know, he was an author, a writer, you know, maybe even a journalist.

And he was hired by this particular.

Was it Carnegie?

Carnegie. It was Carnegie. Very good. Andrew Carnegie, who made all of his money in railroads,
