Dozens of civilians have been killed or wounded in an apparent terror attack in Moscow.

Several armed gunman in military fatigues attacked the Crocus City Music Hall.

It's a large venue in Russia's capital. Video shows explosions and fleeing civilians

being shot by the gunman.

The Kremlin says 40 people have been killed

and over 100 more injured.

Earlier this month, the US and other Western nations

advised their citizens to avoid large gatherings in Moscow citing plans from

extremists to target such events. This is a breaking news story and details are

emerging quickly. Kate Middleton, the Princess of Wales, announced today that she has cancer and is beginning chemotherapy.

The announcement comes after months of concern and speculation over her whereabouts and her health. The princess released a two-minute

video message from the official Kensington Palace account in which she appeared tired but

serene. She thanked her husband Prince William for being by her side throughout the devastating diagnosis

and assured supporters that she is getting stronger every day.
