response to the ACASH report of doing absolutely nothing. Nothing for the hundreds of

thousands already threatened or as the ACAS report itself says the many many more that

are anticipated to face fire and we hire when the furloughs he means. It should be

thoroughly ashamed of himself Mr Speaker. It's's increasingly clear this government won't protect workers,

so will I devolve employment law to Hollywood so the Scottish Government can?

Here, Mr. Speaker, as the Government has been absolutely clear

that it's unacceptable to use threats of firing and rehouring as a negotiating tactic.
