one of the things I struggle with is that because we do get into it so quickly, yeah, the

characterizations are definitely a little bit shallow. I have a bit of difficulty, like the names,

Joe. I have no idea. But it is one of those films where I feel like it's so expeditious that at

times I think you could have given me five more minutes of just character development in that first

act. And I would have actually preferred it.

With that said, I do think that this is a creature feature turn through that just wants to get to the good stuff.

And, you know, a lot of people have said, oh, it's lean, it's mean, and so on.

And I think to some people that's very much a credit and a selling feature and to other people like me, it's just, it's a little bit of a, oh, there was an opportunity that you could have made us care just to smidge more about these people.

But then my other weird problem is that by getting into it so quickly, we end up stranding
