This is our very first meeting, and we will be discussing nothing but how much we

hate Lydia Bennett. No, I'm joking. This is Storytime for Grownups. It's season two. It's episode

20 of season two. We're reading Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen with a few notes along the way.

But seriously, every time I read those chapters that we read last time with Lydia coming

back with Wickham, I just kind of want to throw the book across the room. I can't handle it.

So we're going to talk all about that and all kinds of other things, and we're going to read

the next chapters. Last time, we read chapters 50 through 52. And today we're going to read chapters 53 through 54. So welcome. I'm so

glad you're here. I'm so happy to be here with you. As always, I've gotten lots of great letters,
