I'm joined by Jake Burns,

and we are going to

bring you the weekend football preview pod. It's a little bit of a bittersweet one, Jake,

because we're talking conference championships in college football. So that means no full college

football game slate anymore. It's over. We've got our 12 weeks 12 weeks in and, and now here we are. So,

I mean, just, I guess let's just kind of moment of silence here for the, for the college

football and another good year, I would say. Pour it out. Yep, pouring it out right now.

And we do this, though. I think we, we get to like week four and we're like, well, it'll be here before we know it, it'll be the end of the college season. And then you blink and I and it's here. And you're right. It sucks to think that we don't have a full college slate for what now, eight months until this all circles back around again. But I have also had this conversation with you that due to the stage of my life, I can't just like veg out on college ball. And the NFL, obviously, we get dunked into the Browns. So that takes away from it too. So obviously we love football season. We love that it's here. But I think in like five years, I'll appreciate it more when I can just like veg out more again and just hang out and watch a full slate of games and not get, you know, the stink eye from the wife or the kids need help or whatever, you know, like it's got to be Paul Patrol on TV or something like that.

But, yeah, this is a few years, they'll be wanting to watch college football with you and that you'll turn that corner, you know.

Yeah, I have to say Thanksgiving weekend, I was very successful at watching college football

almost uninterrupted the entire weekend.

I don't, I never do that really.

And I just was in the mood this past weekend to really fulfill that desire of getting

a ton of that sort of stuff.

And it was great. I mean, I, I enjoyed every

minute of it. And I think we got to talk just to kind of wrap it up. We, we don't usually go

back and break down games that have happened. We like to look forward always, but we got to
