Welcome in to another episode of the PFF College Football Show, Max Chadwick, alongside Dalton Waserman here with our full preview of week six of college football. Dalton, it's not as loaded of a slate as last week, we're literally 20 seconds ago. You and I were talking about it. Like, man, every time you think the college ball slate is just okay this week, that's when the most madness happens. And we've got nine really interesting games to talk about this.

Absolutely. There's no such thing as a light slate. We've got to just take that out of the vernacular. Honestly, it's just a matter of, look, these games, you still step on the field, you still got to play them. And this early in the season still, we're only in week six, still a lot of teams competing, trying to win games, trying to get to bowl games and stack wins early trying trying to compete for playoff spots later in the season. Every game is just as important as the previous week and as the next week. And no matter if it's a light slate or not, college football always gives us the chaos. You mentioned the playoffs right there. I want to wish everyone out there who celebrates it a happy first day of the MLB playoffs. I don't celebrate. Want to wish producer Eli back back there, Reds fan, Prussia Tyler back there, a gardens fan. I'm a Yankees fan. Our guy Mitch Kaiser is a Tigers fan. You Dalton are not celebrating it because you are a best fan. I'm about to leave. I'm going to leave. I didn't, you didn't even plan that. I should leave right now. Just have you do the show yourself. You brought up four other people on top of the entire city we live in in the postseason.

And I saw at all time, not even at all time collapsed like, oh, the last two weeks. It's like,

it was like a three month drag along, just dragging their way to the finish line, the New York Mets. Well, because the Mets are out now, you can root for another New York team. The Yankees is playoffs, too, if you want to. Yeah, I'm leaving. I'm about to leave. You're like five more words coming out of your mouth for me just going home right now. Killing me. We got a great slate of college football, though, to talk about this week. We still have actually a couple games between top 20 teams and the other seven games talking about featuring college football playoff contenders. We're all ranked in the top 25 as well. And remind people that are records in the year. Dalton, we were tied going into last week. You made it up, though, because you are now up two games on You're 34 and 20 on the year. I'm 32 and 22. That's the only reason I'm staying is that right. That's the only, it's all I have left is that record right there. Pixel in the chat is saying he's an Astros fan. So he also gets you, Dalton. Yeah, they had a big time collapsed on. You and absolutely.

Yeah.

Just that's it. The most depressing handshake you will ever have. And you're like, yep, I get it. I get the pain. I understand it. But, well, now some of us are just fully in football. Real quick, before we move into it, you're a diehard baseball fan.
