Welcome to the Boneyard with Steve Robertson. As always, I am your good friend and host Steve Robertson,

as we're still battling through the last bit of this cold. So bear with me. I may have to pause every now and again.

You know how it goes. But we soldier on, and the Bulldogs will take on Alabama tonight.

As of this recording, it is raining right now in Starkville. There is some rain in the

forecast later today, but as of this morning, there has been no movement yet as far as changing

the start time of the game. A lot of people are messaging and asking about that so they can make

plans to be here. We certainly understand that. But but as of now no change to the current schedule we got an incredible

meteorology department here at Mississippi State and so so I trust them and we

rarely rarely really really have a change in schedule you know we did during

Super Bulldog weekend but you know it know, it is what it is.

So I just shared that with you right out of the gate. I'm trying to get to show up a little bit

earlier today for those of you that are planning to travel, but yeah, huge series coming up

between Mississippi State and Alabama. Sal Alabama team is a good team. They're an improved

team and I want to share too. You had a chance to speak to Mark Atheridge earlier this week and

I reach out to people that I know when I need information about teams that maybe I don't watch

as often and Alabama's one of those.

So, Mark seems to believe, like me, that State will take the series, but he told me some things offensively about this group.

It's rather interesting.

And so I'm going to use some of his insight as part of our preview today.
