Good evening, John. Well, first let me say that Syria has a very big connection with Venezuela. They have a connection with diaspora's. They have a criminal connection and they have a terrorist connection. So I'll unpack that very quickly. Those three. The diaspora is, along with Lebanese, Syrians are one of the bigger migrant communities inside Venezuela going back 150 years.

In fact, some of that migration ended up going reverse back to Syria during the economic crisis in Venezuela.

There's reported upwards of 300,000 dual national Venezuelan Syrians that live in one part of Syria called Aswaiyra in the southwestern province of the country.
