Selensky on Saturday the 12th at Rumsstein, Germany of the Victory Plan, so-called.

However, the Victory Plan has already been turned away

by Washington.

Unlikely, it will be accepted in any fashion

by the NATO forces gathered in Ramstad. However, Anatole does point

to the time running down on Ukraine and also Russia. And the springtime is a decision point for Russia.

Its economy is troubled.

It's called war Keynesianism or military Keynesianism.

Everything for the front.

Would expect a huge Russian push next spring or early summer in an effort to basically end this next year because otherwise I mean

there have been so many warnings, including from the Russian Central Bank, about inflation,

about labor shortages. On the other hand, I mean Russia is there of course simply facing a more acute form the problem that affects

the whole Europe which is the entire rough labour of their own but increased immigration

especially Muslim is deeply unpopular.

So my sense is that Russia, that Russian government knows that it is gradually running out of time. It just believes and is probably right to do so.

That Ukraine is running out of time even faster.
