It tells the story of two families, traveling in a carriage together.

They are forced to stay at a small countryside in after a flood washes out a bridge they need to cross.

Old grudges flare up as the families vie for the best bedrooms at the inn.

A bidding war ensues as they try to one up each other over the course of their stay.

Meanwhile, their children, a young man and a young woman, may or may not be interested in pursuing

a more romantic rather than competitive relationship.
