This is John Batcheter, conversation with Professor Richard Epstein of the Hoover Institution

about the immunity case before the Supreme Court. Will it be decided before the election?

Will that decision mean that the trial takes place before the election,

the immunity trial in two parts? First, the January 6th events, then the Maralago documents
