What follows is an excerpt from a conversation with Bill Gertz of the Washington Times

about the Russian-assisted buildup of nuclear weapons in the hands of the People's Republic of China

building silosites in the northwest of China.

What's important here is that Russia is aiding by advancing the technology associated with

fast breeder reactors that can create plutonium.

Plutonium is the fuel of the nuclear weapon.

Vladimir Putin threatening tactical nuclear weapons in Europe, building strategic nuclear weapons in Asia?

Well, yes, the Chinese are engaged in a massive nuclear weapons buildup, and this was discovered around the same time that these

reactors started back in 2018, 2019, 2010, 2020 time frame and they're

building a massive missile field in Western China where

they're going to have up to 360 DF-41 solid-fueled nuclear missiles.

So they're ramping up production of plutonium to fuel the warheads for those missiles that are

in Western China.
