about Russia selling its uranium ore to China, so China can sell its uranium ore to the United States and avoid the sanctions on Russ

atom. However, there's also the matter of nuclear power in the future. A very hot

topic always. Silicon Valley needs lots of electricity for the building of data centers because of the

artificial intelligence, the demand of the bigger and bigger chips.

The 21st century needs 50% more electricity soon enough.

That means nuclear power is viable.

Is it more than talk?

They require HALU fuel, and that's something that the U.S. is working to supply through the new company

Centris.

There's concern, I think, among some

that these small modular nuclear reactors

are going to be very expensive,

even that they're proliferation prone. So I think DOE needs to look at all of this very carefully and make sure they're not putting the cart before the horse.
