Day, little prices, big smiles.

This is John Bachelot, conversation with my friend Gregory Copley,

editor and publisher of Defence and Foreign Affairs,

about the revealing of the Topiary Garden, extremely symmetrical next to Sandra Cam,

a residence in the countryside for the crown, Charles and his family.

The Topiary Garden intends to open to the public and be planted again over the years with you trees.

It is gorgeous, it is otherworldly, and it is a demonstration of how Charles is reawakening the crown.

Gregory celebrates that at the same time we had a lengthy conversation about monarchy

and constitutional monarchy, and we entertain the heretical thought that the US might have made another choice

in 1789 and rejoined or joined the empire now would be a member of the Commonwealth.

Well, I think that the Commonwealth and Britain take strength from the renewed virility of the crown.

King Charles has really breathed new life into the monarchy since he came to the throne,

which was to be expected. The queen had been on the throne for a very long time

and her monarchy, as with Queen Victoria's monarchy, had become exhausted

and had a great sense of purpose to it.

There's always a risk in going to the next generation, but King Charles has done that.

You can see that the speed with which he implemented plans had been harboring for many, many years,

probably decades, about the family home at Sandra Cam were brought full blown into the Topiary Garden.
