Yes, and I'm not sure that what Mr. Orban said is so-called new news, but President

Trump has been saying for months that he wants an

immediate ceasefire in Ukraine and then it's in the interest of all parties

involved. Now whether or not that's a reasonable hope or achievable that's another

question we don't know what kind of leverage President Trump would bring to bear

but recall that the the first Trump term was the toughest for Vladimir Putin because

President Trump opened up US energy production which dropped the price and

took a large revenue source away from Putin.

We sanctioned his inner circle for their criminal dealings.

We kicked their spies out of the United States and other allies.

We, you know, withdrew from the INF Treaty, which was a bilateral arms control treaty that Russia had cheated on for years.

We got the unanimous backing of NATO to do that.

And so there's no question that Vladimir Putin knew that if he did something like invaded another country
