So let's jump into the big news of the week. Apple finally officially announced their next event.

They're calling it the high speed events, high comma speed, which I'm sure is a play on words

or a double entendre, whatever you want to call it for high speed.

Namely 5G, maybe also talking about the a 14 processor.

But the event will take place Tuesday, October 13th at 1 PM Eastern 10 am Pacific.

All signs point to the iPhone 12 announcements and some other rumors like a home pod mini could be announced.

Leakers are suggesting not a new home pod model, like the larger home pod, just a mini.

And the long awaited air tags, John Prost tweeted a few times saying that, you know, maybe that design,

you know, everyone tries to read into the design of the event invite and tries to find some secret code,

some 3D image they cross their eyes and try to see what pops out.

I don't think Apple really puts that much secrecy in the design.
