Anthony gives a description of some of the people that they've met,

some of the representation of what Anthony describes as gangster or gangland or gang tattoos.

Here's Anthony.

I was very quickly, as far as the people that we're seeing.

For example, in downtown El Paso, I was going out today and I very specifically wanted

to look out for signs of gang relations by way of tattoo markings.

It's very clear.

If you just look out for that, you will see people that are, I mean, if you just read

between the lines, almost definitively gang related.

I'll give you a couple examples.

If you keep an eye, you'll see people with the three tear drops on their eyes.

That's a gang symbol.

I think traditionally that means that you've killed somebody.

We saw somebody like that yesterday.

I have a photo of it.

Today, when we were down there, there was a guy who was all-tatted, I've had all types
