The new president of South Korea, President Yi, is said to be a man who's disposed to

appeasing North Korea, working with it in some fashion, entangling his view of his party,

which is decidedly favorable to North Korea, at least no longer opposing it militarily and culturally.

However, Greg expects this to limit President Yi because of the facts on the ground that North Korea is not interested in rapprochement.

And also, it's become an arsenal of the revision of states, Moscow, Beijing, and
