Everybody's now understanding how China wants to work,

As far as I can tell, there's no understanding of that at all. But what's also crucially important is that because foreign markets for so long, including, of course, the U.S. market, have been so wide open to this Chinese overcapacity,

the Chinese leadership hasn't had to understand it. Now we're starting to see some substantial pushback. And in fact, I just saw last night that foreign anti-dumping actions against China this year,

both among rich countries and poor countries, have exploded so far this year,

which tells us that they're sick and tired of serving as the global dumping grounds for China's
