purposes of Beijing, the People's Republic of China? Is it a hindrance? Especially now that it's

working so apparently closely with Russia. Is it a threat? Does it augment? David gives a very careful answer.

And so I think understanding that, North Korea's actions are an excellent contribution to ensuring

that Ukraine or that gives Russia the chance

that they will be able to win in Ukraine. And so I think that North Korea offers Beijing

a cutout to provide lethal aid to Putin, and they're the lightning rod for the attention.

And so, you know, China can continue to trade and provide funding or, you know, other aspects

and not have to provide lethal aid because North Korea is doing that for them.
