Lone Wolf or not?

What does that mean, lone wolf? What does the ramming mean?

Does this represent one person's idea or others? Bill has a complicated answer because it's a

complicated problem. Here's Bill Raggio to explain Lone Wolf and afterwards. More of this later tonight.

It is. I mean, for instance, in this idea of the inspired or lone wolf, it's not a new idea,

but it was really popularized by Anmar Al-Waki, an American, who was also a cleric in Al-Qaeda in the arabian peninsula the u.s killed we killed him uh the

government in a drone strike in Yemen um but he's his um his uh sermons or whatever you want to call

it are still available online you can get a manual on how to build a bomb you just need to watch

the news to conduct

how they tell some of these attacks, particularly the ramming attacks. So, you know, look,

I think that the FBI, they always jump really quickly to say, well, there's only one person.

We have no evidence of links to others. Sometimes they find out that they do have links outside.

They did this really quickly with the Fort Hood bomb or Fort Hood attack, right, with Major

Nadal Hassan in 2009. And it wound up he was communicating with Anwar Al-Waki. Some people

still call him a lone wolf or said he didn't cooperate with

anyone outside when it when they the FBI later intercepted emails between him and awaqi on

awaki encouraging him to do the attack and giving him suggestions on how to carry out attacks so we don't

I really dislike that the FBI puts that

idea because that's the idea that it'll stick. And if things change, people still go with the
