colleague Jeff Bliss, Pacific Watch, Vegas report. All is not well in Las Vegas, but there are two

communities, Cadence and Summerlin, prospering, and Jeff explains why. Las Vegas struggling, and there are many reasons, and Jeff's laid

them out over weeks, but this time there's reason to be celebrating some parts of the Las Vegas area,

and the rest will recover in time. Much more of this tonight.

So Cadence is out in Henderson, that same town near Las Vegas, considered part of the Vegas metro area, where they have, you know, gorgeous multi-million dollar homes.

It's not part of the area that's being affected, I'm told.

It's a planned community.

And people look to those types of places. You know, it's already green. It's a planned community, and people look to those types of places.

And the same with Summerland.

Summerland's kind of on the west side sort of there of Vegas.

And both those towns, both those cities are places that feed Vegas, you know, in terms of management workers, upper management,

those types of folks. And they're very, very nice communities, master planned,
