He's at the American Enterprise Institute, observing who is driving the narrative, the false narrative,

the absurd narrative that India and China are forming a coalition or a partnership

after a handshake at the Shanghai Cooperation Organization was photographed and pictured around the world.

Sadan has some very good suspicions.

I think there are a few things going on. There's a certain amount of Chinese agitprop. There's also,

let's not forget, Russian adjutop. You know, in many parts of the developing world, including in

South Asia, I would say that the non-Western

country that plays the propaganda game in the most sophisticated way, even today in 2025,

it's not China, it's Russia.

And it's partly because the Russians have a memory of doing that, going back to the time

when they were a superpower and there were the Soviet Union. So there's some of the, you know, you saw a lot of doing that, going back to the time when they were a superpower

when there was a Soviet Union.

So there's some of the, you know,

you saw a lot of this in Russian media outlets,

you know, places like Sputnik.
