And in the past, and I'm talking about more familiar, Joe would definitely speak more to the

Palestinian terrorist groups and how all the groups like that operate.

But on the jihadist side, on the al-Qaeda, Islamic State, Taliban,

etc side, in the past they were very quick or as quick as they could to issue martyrdom statements.

But that has changed I think over the last say five to ten years
