This is John Batcher from a longer conversation with my good colleague Malcolm

Washington DC 24 hours before Malcolm reflects upon all of that but then we turn to the serious matter of what

is to be done with the anti-Semitism in the US and in Europe that we see every day and the news comes from Germany where they're closing down Islamic

centers linked to Iran and Hezbollah. 54 properties by the police.

There is no tolerance for anti-Semitic and anti-Israeli demonstrations or language in Germany were told.

Malcolm reflects that this is a good start.

Germany in particular has a responsibility to respond. Other countries can follow.

It is not, at this this point a success to close down those remarks in America,

not as of yet. Here's Malcolm reflecting upon the steps by Germany and what needs to be done.

It is new because the degree Germany has taken this very seriously and banned the demonstrations that we've seen in

other parts of Europe which often became very violent as they have here in the

United States.

Many of them very disgraceful.
