Conversation with Brad Bowman of the Foundation for the Defense of democracies from a longer conversation

concentrating on the assets the United States has

sent into the region around Gaza to protect fundamentally to protect

Israel but also to protect the region from a wider war provoked by Tehran and its agents.

That would be Hezbollah in Lebanon, that would be the Houthis in Yemen, that would be the IRGC

itself in Syria, and would be the IRGC itself in Syria and other bad actors.

The Palestinian Islamic jihad has moved its headquarters temporarily at least into Lebanon. And I believe there are elements of Hamas there as well.

Brad lists the assets and then speaks to whether or not the US has been

effective in suppressing the provocations by the Tehran agents.

You know, in the immediate aftermath of the deplorable Hamas massacre on Israel on October 7th.

I predicted that the leading needs of Israel

from the United States was going to be

precision-guided munitions and increased air defense

capacity and munitions.

And in the intervening days and weeks,

that's exactly what Israel has sought from the US

and what the US has provided.
