Well, John, the North Korean ICBM capability, soon, submarine launch ballistic missile capability is the ultimate argument for national missile defense for the United States.

This is a step, a protection that we have denied the American people out of concern that we would provoke China into a massive buildup of

their nuclear missiles. Well, that's now underway. And if I'm correct, and that China has

created this third large nuclear threat against the United States, then we should be investing

massive amounts in national missile defense to try to neutralize not only North Korea's

ICBM threat, but China's threat and Russia's threat.
