You know, he is in well position. I mean, you know, when you have 11 point, 12 point,

mandate over 50 percent of the vote, you have quite a mandate to be able to begin to do these

changes. I think he's going to need international support. He's already made a statement to say

that he's going to look for international support, particularly on the count of the cartels that

are running rampant all throughout Ecuador. And I think you're going to see the United States play a good role in helping Ecuador.
