Cuomo's claim to this race is that he is a competent manager.

And he says, that's why you should vote for me.

You know, all the other stuff, put it aside, I will do a good, I will be effective at the job as mayor.

I'm a good manager.

That's not true.

that were supposed to get installed

and all these bridges throughout New York.
