It is a reverse Benjamin Button fast forward favorite.

And this week, we are continuing and concluding our discussion of Eternal Ring, one of Frumsoff's PS2 launch titles that they put out kind of a spin-off of Kingsfield.

And having finished it, I can say, not their best attempt.

Yeah, that's my least favorite FromSoft game.

That I've played anyway.

Yeah, that I, yes, yeah, that I have played.

I am sure there's like an armored core game that I would find less enjoyment. Yeah. But yeah, I wasn't super crazy about this. It was all right. It is all right. It's no Kingsfield. Yes. You know? Not everything can be that special, I understand. Mm-hmm.

Yeah, Kingsfield is very special.

Unique.

I want to celebrate these games.

I want to lift them up.

Mm-hmm.

And, you know, kind of disappointing.

It gets wild and goofy at the end in a way that's funny.

At the same time, the bosses, up until the, you know, other than the very last boss,

become, to my mind, hateful slogs.

Yeah, yeah.

The Wind Dragon and this is one of my least favorite bosses I've fought in a video game.
