I think the appetite to watch Barton Fink was whetted by our recent watch of burn after reading,

0:06.3

which I'm still high off, honestly.

0:09.1

One of the best things I've watched in months.

0:11.2

I've been thinking about the last 10 or so minutes of that movie constantly since we saw it.

0:17.6

Yeah.

0:18.0

And this is one that I hadn't seen Barton think since I was in undergrad,

0:22.3

1:10.0

Tanked commercially, though. Yeah,

1:11.5

I think it had a couple of Oscar nominations, though. Michael Lerner was justly nominated for

1:16.7

Best Supporting Actor, so it was warmly received by discriminating audiences. Not the common man,

1:23.2

so much. But I was, but I do think in retrospect, just anecdotally, I feel like this one has sort of

1:29.5

fallen into a position, maybe sort of in the middle of their filmography in people's minds.

1:34.1

It's not one of the ones I hear mentioned first, and it's not one of the ones I hear mentioned last
