this is such a long time coming. I think we've had this written down probably as a thing to watch

since Michael and us, season 1.5 maybe, probably since 2016 or 2017. Neither of us had ever seen

this film. I had seen the first movie Olympus has fallen. Yeah, and we almost pivoted to that

because, you know, I was worried, you know, we might not be up on the lore.

But I think I was mostly able to understand the nuances of this film.

This could have been part one.

Yeah, easily.

So, look, this is another right-wing action film episode.

But, you know, it's funny.

Will and I were, we recorded something earlier earlier today and then we were out getting lunch and we were kind of tossing ideas around about okay, what are we going to do next? Because, you know, this week we didn't have a second thing slated. And you said some of the effect of, well, I'd like to watch something that's weird in the way that Sound of Freedom is weird, but isn't unpleasant like Sound of Freedom. And then we went and got

lunch, ate it, came back. I don't even remember how we found this movie, but this movie

fit the billing exactly. This is, yes, a right-wing action movie. It's got Gerard Butler

gunning down, lots of terrorists, et cetera, et cetera. But if people will think back to our episode on the Sound of

Freedom, I mean, one of the things that was fascinating about that movie is that, how should I

put this? There's a certain kind of right-wing movie that is so unhinged, so utterly fanatical

and deranged, that it kind of is able to break certain right-wing taboos and end up being, if not good,

because the Sound of Freedom and London has fallen are certainly not good movies,

certainly different than what you might expect from a Paint by the Numbers action film,

such as this, or a sort of, you know, mega-Christian movie like Sound of Freedom. I mean, with that film, that's a movie for, you know maga christian movie like sound of freedom i mean with that film

that's a movie for you know if you're a cute-pilled maga guy who wakes up every morning and is just

so fucking upset you know you log on and you're just you're seeing posts about how children are being

kidnapped you're doing posts about how children are being kidnapped and how
