This episode very much continues to build on what the last episode was doing in terms of jumping the shark.

Will kind of Riley texted me halfway through the episode.

We were watching at the same time that, hey, you know, at least this isn't about a late night comedy show anymore. But yeah, like, what the fuck are we doing here?

Awful stuff. However, I did start having fun about halfway through because there were little

sprinklings of the old sorkin magic throughout this one. And that kind of reassured me because

I was worried we were going to have nothing to talk about

except to say that this episode was bad.

There's a lot of good stuff in this one.

But yeah, it sucks.

Okay, so yeah, this is episode 20, K&R, part two, aired June 14th, 2007.

Just looking at the ratings here, 4.42 million people watch this show, which is down from the 13 million

who watched the first show. So we're circling the drain. I think it's fair to say. And God,

this was, this was fucking terrible. I really, I hated this. There are some funny things in it.

I think there are a few funny things to talk about, but I am beginning to be ready for

this show to be over. If this is the best the show has got at this point, we are so past

the shark being jumped. This is like, this could be a season 15 episode. It's insane how, like,

the show is, it's completely adrift. There's so little connection with the whole mandate that this show

staged in the first couple of episodes.

I don't know what it's about, why we're here.

It must have been funereal on the set of this show.

The fact that Sorkin is able to maintain the reputation he has is only because nobody has

seen this episode, which just puts lie to any claim of genius around him. Yeah, there is a line
