I thought I would start today's show off by sharing a conversation I had with my brother this week.

By the way, have you heard the latest numbers on diabetes?

39% of adults have diabetes or are pre-diabetic right now.

And by 2020, that's just nine years from now, they predict 50% of all adults will be diabetic.
