The man accused of attempting to kill President Donald Trump during the White House Correspondence Dinner has pleaded not guilty to the four charges he's facing.

Prosecutors say Cole Thomas Allen ran past Secret Service agents with loaded firearms and knives in an attempt to kill the president.

Allen has been indicted on four charges that include attempting to assassinate the president and assaulting an officer.

During the hearing, the presiding judge pressed Allen's attorneys on an earlier motion,

requesting that U.S.

attorney for D.C. Janine Piro and other administration officials be removed from the case.

Allen's attorneys argued that because Piro and others were at the April 25th dinner and may

have been targeted according to their version of events, she should be recused from the case.

The next hearing in the case is set for June 29th.

The final set of passengers has left the Haanta virus hit cruise ship. They are expected to depart for the Netherlands on an evacuation flight later

today. Spain's health ministry previously said some of the passengers were expected to fly to

Australia, but that plan apparently has been scrubbed. The ministry also said a quarantine

Spanish passenger has tested positive for hanta virus after a preliminary test.

It added that he's asymptomatic and in good health.

Meanwhile, the ship has departed from Spain's Tenerife.
