CNN and Fox have declared Joe Biden to be the president-elect, but is he the president-elect as a matter of law?

As a matter of the Constitution, I'll explain why he is not.

I'm also issuing a challenge on my show, an invitation to the

senatorial candidate of the Democrats from Georgia, the Reverend

Warnick, to come on this show and to explain his anti-Israel views and

perhaps to modify them.

And maybe I'll change my mind because right now I have a conflict.

As a Democrat, I want the Democrats to control the Senate.

As a person who strongly supports Israel and American alliances with Israel,

I'm strongly opposed to views he has expressed.

Joe Biden is not the president-elect of the United States.

He is not the president-elect as a matter of law.

He is not the president-elect under the Constitution. He is the

president-elect as the result of the election having been called by CNN and

Fox and MS NBC and the various networks but that has no effect

whatsoever on the law. Let me explain to you what the law provides. There are statutes that talk about the transition.

Now the transition begins to operate the moment a nominee is officially nominated.

So transition activities began for nominees back in May, June, July, August,

once the conventions officially nominated the two candidates, they both were entitled
