President Trump asked that country's emir for assistance in dealing with Iran. President Trump

said he was honored to be the first U.S. president to visit Qatar.

As president, I'm proud that our growing friendship is blossoming into a full-fledged economic and security partnership.

He praised the Qatari Emir highlighting an agreement, he said, that will lead to $1.2 trillion in economic activity, along with a Qatari deal to purchase Boeing airplanes.

And I hope you can help me with the Iran situation because it's a perilous situation and we want to do the right thing.

The president said in turn, the U.S. will do things for Qatar that will make them happy.

While Iran's president said Iran would not bow to any bully in response to President Trump's criticism of

Tehran. Ukraine's president, Volodymyr Zelensky, is on his way to Turkey for peace talks with

Russia. A Russian delegation will be there, though does not appear that Russian President

Vladimir Putin will be. Turkish and Ukrainian officials held talks today ahead of Zelensky's

visit. Tomorrow, he's expected to meet with

Turkey's president. U.S. President Donald Trump's envoy, Steve Whitkoff, said that he and Secretary

of State Marco Rubio will travel to Istanbul on Friday for negotiations. Fox is Alex Hogan.
