A battle over birthright citizenship. I'm Lisa Lacerra, Fox News. The Supreme Court hearing

arguments for more than two hours over one of President Trump's executive orders.

Amid calls to strike down President Trump's executive order on birthright citizenship,

which would block automatic citizenship for children born on U.S. soil to parents in the country illegally,

the nine Supreme Court justices tried to stay focused on the question at hand today.

Can a single district judge shut down a presidential directive for the entire country?

The Trump administration has been subjected to a slew of nationwide injunctions on issues from

immigration to federal funding. So the impact of a decision in today's case could be wide-ranging.

Fox is Shannon Rame at the U.S. Supreme Court. Some of the liberal justices expressed concerns

of whether babies would grant its U.S. citizenship depending on where they were born.

Military commanders will be told to identify troops in their units who are transgender or have

gender dysphoria, then send them to get medical checks in order to force them out of the

service. That's according to the Associated Press. This comes after President Trump's

directive to remove transgender service members

from the military. Florida has put to death suspect the serial killer Glenn Rogers. Rogers

received a lethal injection at Florida State Prison near Stark. He was convicted of the

1995 murder of Tidemarri Cribbs, a mother of two he met at a bar and was investigated for possible ties

to an infamous murder case in Beverly Hills. One documentary film suggested police in L.A. might

have suspected that it was Rogers who killed Nicole Brown Simpson and her companion Ron Goldman,

though they quickly dismissed the idea and insists the late OJ Simpson was solely to blame.

Rogers once told investigators he killed about 70 people a claim he would quickly recant.
