You know, you and I met in a very interesting way, and that was very serendipitous and a lot of fun.

Do you mind mentioning how we met?

Of course, yeah, it's a crazy story. I've been on my own health journey and I was on my way to

LA to be on a Hallmark channel show and somebody told me to read your book and so I got the book to read on my trip to LA on the flight and back to Nashville.

And so I've got your book, I'm Plan Out to Lay,

and I get to the show and on set, I'm backstage,

kind of waiting for my turn and I hear somebody say your name and I was like

wait a minute you've got to be kidding me and I realized that moment that you and I were the only two guests on that show that day and it was just I

literally could not believe how small the world was in that moment and so yeah

that's how we met.
