As always, I am joined by my co-pilot Josh Kaplan and today we are talking about prepping for

Wednesday's big talk let's do it.

It's our quarterly Super Bowl is an exciting week.

It is our quarterly Super Bowl.

We have a meeting that we do with everyone in the company.

It is called Cleverly State of the Bruneian.

And so yeah, we do the State of the Berunion at the end of each quarter.

We have our Q3 state of the Berunion coming up on Wednesday,

where basically we'll be talking about with the whole team

how we did as a company in Q3 where we are going in Q4 and kind of

also just like what is the long-term game plan for the business and so I've been

spending a good portion of today prepping state of the Bruneian what I'm going to say what others are going to say and kind of what the overall goal is of this address and not to put too much pressure on myself but it is one of the only opportunities

every three months where we get the undivided attention of 52 other people for 30 to 60 minutes and so we need to use it wisely.

S selfishly, I'm curious and we actually haven't talked about this.

Do you think the state of the reunions have changed over the past two years and how you prepared for them, the function of them.

I have definitely prepared more for them over the last several state of the Bruneians.

I think also partially I've had to prepare more because as the business gets more complex,

as there are more people on the team, which means there's inherently just like less visibility

into every part of the business.
